The SolarSheat Solar Hot Air Collector Master Panel sold by Quality Solar Concepts Inc. is an affordable, self-contained, self-powered solar hot air collector that provides air heating for your home cottage or business. Solar Preheated air is heated through a collector and then drawn by fan into your building. The SolarSheat solar hot air collector has an integrated photovoltaic panel (thin film can effectively work on cloudy days) comprises 14 watts of power that drives a fan for optimal performance. The SolarSheat’s quality solar modular extruded aluminum frame concept allows for connection between panels from side or top portion. The quality SolarSheat panels can be interconnected to form large air wall structures to accommodate large heating needs or ventilation air supply. The quality perforated absorber concept allows for maximum airflow through the collector. A high quality paint coating is applied to the solar collector for long-life and ensures excellent energy absorption in a wide variety of climates. The ceramic bead insulation coating is applied to the back of the collector to provide optimal energy efficiency and up to R20 value, which can act with or instead of back-insulated wall. The quality preset automatic temperature control sensor is preset to allow for the proper room temperature heating requirements. (Thermostat preset to 19 ºC +/- 3 ºC). The quality fan has a long life and provides up to 150 CFM for adequate room ventilation. The switch can be set to three different positions for multiple heating needs. The user can set the switch to OFF – no heat, ON – for continuous ventilation and heat or AUTO – for a preset temperature to start the fan.
